Customer: Good afternoon! I would like to book seats for four people at your hotel.

Receptionist: Certainly, I can help you with that. May I know the dates of your stay?

Customer:  We will be arriving on the 15th of July and checking out on the 20th of July.

Receptionist: Great! How many nights will you be staying?

Customer: We will be staying for five nights.

Receptionist: Perfect. And how many rooms would you like to book?

Customer: We would like to book two rooms.

Receptionist: Understood. Are you looking for any specific room types, like single, double, or suite?

Customer: We prefer double rooms.

Receptionist: Understood. Let me check the availability of double rooms for those days. Yes, we have two double rooms available for your stay.

Customer: That's wonderful. We would like to proceed with the booking.

Receptionist: Excellent. May I have the names of the guests who will be staying in the rooms?

Customer: Sure. The first room will be under the name John Smith, and the second room will be under the name Sarah Johnson.

Customer: That sounds perfect. We will make the payment upon arrival.
